This section features a range of training materials I developed at Shift Digital for automotive clients including Subaru, Volvo, INFINITI, and Mercedes-Benz. Designed for dealership personnel, regional managers, and OEM teams, these resources include datasheets, comprehensive guides, and interactive trainings. Every piece was crafted to translate complex programs and platforms into clear, engaging, and actionable learning experiences, supporting both in-person and digital training across diverse learner groups in the automotive space.







Instructional Design
Project Examples: Shift Digital
This section showcases demo versions of instructional design work I co-led at Shift Digital for INFINITI. These demos, based on actual training content, were created to pitch eLearning strategies and solutions to clients, rather than being the full instructional files themselves.
As a client-facing instructional designer and program lead, I helped direct this initiative from the discovery and onboarding phases through design, development, implementation, and refinement. I was one of the first two team members at Shift to design and produce a full-scale automotive lead response and lead generation eLearning curriculum. My role spanned concept development, scripting, and interactive course production, with a strong emphasis on aligning training goals with client objectives, ensuring instructional integrity, and keeping projects on track for delivery.
